Covina Hill Residence Development

The client has purchased a barren lot and had contacted us for feasibility study for a new single family residence. The project site, in Covina Hill, CA, is located on a hillside. We hired a local land surveyor for a topography map and performed slope analysis, which resulted sufficient lot area to be constructed.

This project, in collaboration with MAHD architect, consists of perimeter retaining walls, three level of building, infinity swimming pool and on-site wastewater septic system. In order to balance out earthwork, 8 different engineering designs were attempted. The construction deliverable are completed and permits are granted on September, 2018.
